We are seeking a detail-oriented People Operations Specialist to enhance our HR team. The successful candidate will manage payroll processing, attendance tracking, grievance resolution, and performance management, while upholding confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll processing and compliance reporting.
- Oversee attendance systems and address employee grievances.
- Support the performance management process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field.
- Proficiency with HRMS/ERP systems.
