Job Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Call Center Supervisor (7:00 PM–4:00 AM) to lead and coach agents, manage escalations, and ensure service targets are met. - Requirements: Minimum 1 year of leadership experience (at least 1 year as a supervisor); strong communication and leadership skills; proven problem-solving ability and attention to detail; familiarity with call center software and MS Office; fluent in English; ability to remain calm under pressure.
