Job Description
Theheadhunters360 SMC Private Limited is looking for a dedicated and diligent Office Boy to assist with daily administrative operations and maintain an organized office environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting office functions, providing assistance to staff, and ensuring cleanliness throughout the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keep the office spaces clean, including kitchens, bathrooms, and work areas.
- Prepare and serve refreshments for staff and visitors.
- Support clerical duties such as filing and photocopying.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and coordinate deliveries.
- Welcome visitors and offer assistance as needed.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience is preferred; strong communication skills are essential.
