Job Description
Drive revenue by acquiring corporate and SME clients, managing key accounts, and leading a sales team to meet targets. Duties: develop sales strategies, onboard and upsell clients, coach officers, conduct market visits, prepare forecasts, negotiate contracts/SLAs, coordinate operations, and ensure compliance. KPIs: sales attainment, new accounts, retention, team productivity, and territory growth. Requirements: BA in Business/Marketing, 3–5 years B2B courier and logistics sales, strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills, MS Office/CRM, valid driver’s license; full-time, in-person. Pay Rs80,00–Rs100,00/month.
