Job Description
Location: Bahawalpur, Pakistan (Residents Only)
Shift Hours: 12 PM to 9 PM
Ultimate Outsourcing LDT is actively seeking a motivated Recruiter – Outsourcing Research Specialist. The ideal candidate will excel in sourcing top talent and will possess the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and UK job boards.
- Creating effective search strings.
- Exhibiting strong attention to detail.
- Engaging in data mining and lead generation efforts.
- Demonstrating excellent English proficiency.
- Possessing strong skills in Google Sheets and MS Office.
- Prior experience in recruitment is preferred.
Salary: Rs 22,00.00 – Rs 25,00.00 per month
