Job Description
Union Exchange Company Private Limited is seeking a full-time Telecaller to manage in-person customer transactions (buying and selling of foreign exchange). The role requires accurate cash handling—counting, balancing, and reconciling drawers—maintaining detailed transaction records, and delivering prompt, professional customer service. Candidates must follow strict security and financial procedures to protect confidential data and be proficient with computers and dedicated software for data entry and report generation. This is an on-site position with a monthly salary of Rs35,00–Rs40,00.
