Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and motivated Calling Agent with prior Urdu call center experience to handle outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to manage customer interactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls in Urdu professionally.
• Contact potential clients to provide information about company services.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-ups.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Achieve daily and monthly call targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams when required.
• Follow company scripts, policies, and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in an Urdu call center.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication skills in Urdu
• Basic understanding of customer handling
• Ability to work under targets and pressure
• Good listening and convincing skills
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
