Job Description
We seek an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for strategic roles. You will design and execute sourcing strategies, manage candidate experience, partner with hiring managers to define requirements, and use data to improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire. Core responsibilities include passive sourcing, employer branding, interview coaching, and coordinating onboarding.
- Qualifications: at least 5 years of recruitment experience, strong stakeholder management, ATS proficiency, and measurable expertise with recruiting metrics.
