Job Description

Variant Architecture is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Administrator to join our team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks, including:

• Preparing and issuing monthly bills for maintenance, utilities, and other charges.
• Maintaining accurate records of invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Monitoring outstanding dues and generating aging reports.
• Posting entries in the accounting system and reconciling accounts.
• Preparing financial summaries on a monthly and annual basis for management.
• Managing petty cash and bank transactions.
• Assisting with both internal and external audits.
• Ensuring compliance with all financial and legal policies.

Compensation: Rs70,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
