Job Description
Viper Group is seeking a qualified IT Support and Customer Service Engineer to manage daily responsibilities including troubleshooting desktop, network, and office equipment issues. This position may require working at customer sites or various office locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical troubleshooting support through phone, email, or chat.
- Maintain accurate customer records within our ticketing system.
- Be prepared to travel or commute to different work locations.
- Preferred qualifications include at least 1 year of experience and strong English communication skills.
Working hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays until 2:00 PM. This role is available as full-time, internship, or for fresh graduates, and will be performed in-person.
