Reports to: CEO
Location: NASTP Building Gate No. 2, Old Airport Road
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary & Benefits: Rs80,00 to Rs90,00 with Health Insurance
Role Purpose
To provide high-level administrative support to the CEO while ensuring confidentiality and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Draft reports and professional correspondence.
- Maintain organized filing systems.
- Liaise with stakeholders effectively.
- Prepare materials for board meetings.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
Requirements
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Basic Computer Skills
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
