Job Description
XRbusiness is looking for a talented Customer Support & Email Marketing Specialist to join our packaging division. As the primary point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in ensuring their satisfaction through effective order management and prompt inquiry resolution. Your duties will include managing customer accounts, processing orders, and collaborating with various departments to deliver top-notch packaging solutions.
Ideal candidates will possess 1–2 years of customer service experience, outstanding communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office as well as ERP/CRM systems. This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary range of Rs30,00.00 – Rs50,00.00. The position requires in-person work.
