Job Description
Zameen Media Pvt. Ltd. is searching for a qualified candidate to effectively identify and address the needs of both new and existing customers, assisting them in achieving success with our products.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure customer success.
- Establish and nurture customer relationships to better understand their needs.
- Conduct visits to customers to identify growth opportunities on our platform.
- Monitor and report on the health of customer accounts.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, along with strong communication skills and a passion for sales. Candidates with 1-3 years of sales experience are preferred, though fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
