Job Description
We are in search of a skilled and dedicated Chef with expertise in Pakistani and Chinese cuisine. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and presenting authentic dishes that honor traditional flavors and cooking methods, while ensuring exceptional standards of taste, hygiene, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook traditional dishes according to established recipes.
- Oversee kitchen staff and provide training in cooking techniques.
- Design menus utilizing seasonal and local ingredients.
- Maintain food hygiene and safety regulations.
- Manage food costs efficiently and minimize waste.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a Chef or Senior Line Cook.
- In-depth knowledge of Pakistani cuisine and cooking methodologies.
- Culinary degree preferred; strong leadership capabilities required.
